Eco Business Internationalization

I'm triyng to develop a network of eco-business incubation centers concerning the promotion and internationalization of green businesses. Does anyone have some ideas to foster this business platform? I hope I can get EU funding to develop this idea (Interreg Initiative), but I'd like to give it a wider approach. Any thoughts on this?
